Setps to set Default Document
1. Open inetmgr.
To open inetmgr:
Open command prompt and type inetmgr and then press enter.
2. Select "Default Document".
3. After that click "Add" to add new default Document Under "Actions"
4. You can anytime disable the default document from inetmgr
