Troubleshooting Tips for iPhone is not Charging
The iPhone may not be charging for the following reasons
1. Check charging with a known good USB power adapter. Replace customer’s
power adapter if suspect.
2. If charge icon does not show charging, check that iPhone software version is up to date.
