Bluetooth Inbound & Outbound Transfer Notification

This below class written in Java for Android's Bluetooth application development is to notify both successful and failure transfer including inbound and outbound data transfers. This Java clss is used to perform the following actions for Bluetooth transfers
1. To monitor transfer activity
2. To handling alert dialog box
3. To enable Bluetooth adapter
4. To enable dialog interface
5. To enable OS bundle
